Programmatically Beeping an Omni Console

Programmatically provide auditory feedback based on programming for notification of events. Consoles can be Beeped on zone state changes, time of day, temp and many more. Beeps can also be enabled/disabled globally or for a specific console.

 

Through programming, beep a console for notification. Beeping can be Enabled/Disabled globally or for a specific console. Also, consoles can be beeped 1-5 times or continuously.

 

 

Examples:

 

  • WHEN Basement Door NOT READY: CONSOLE 1 BEEP 3
    • Beep Console 1 three times when the Basement Door zone goes Not Ready
  • 9:00 PM MTWTF--: ALL CONSOLES DISABLE BEEPS
  • 9:00 PM MTWTF--: CONSOLE 1 ENABLE BEEPS
    • Disable beeps on All Consoles except Console 1 at 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • WHEN Baby Sleeping: CONSOLE 3 DISABLE BEEPS
    • Disable beeps on Console 3 when Baby Sleeping button is pressed
  • WHEN Baby Awake: CONSOLE 3 ENABLE BEEPS
    • Enable beeps on Console 3 when Baby Awake button is pressed
  • 6:00 PM -T-----: SHOW Garbage Time WITH BEEP
  • 6:00 PM -T-----: ALL CONSOLES BEEP ON
  • WHEN Garbage Out: CLEAR Garbage Time
  • WHEN Garbage Out: ALL CONSOLES BEEP OFF
    • Display Garbage Time message on console with a beep at 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and then beep All Consoles continuously. Once the Garbage Out button is pressed, the Garbage Time message is cleared and beeping is turned off on All Consoles
